The images are a digital reproduction of a handwritten letter and accompanying translation donated by Kathy Sa'ade Kenny. <div><br></div><div>In this letter Katrina asks Suleiman to send the children to a boarding school as she wants them to receive a good education. She states that they cannot continue living with Suleiman's family and that she wants to live alone. At this stage Suleiman was living and working in California, US while Katrina and Fred, George and Mary were living in Ramallah, Palestine. Julia Kabande (Katrina Sa'ade's first child from her first marriage) was living with Katrina's sister in California. </div><div><br></div><div>These images exist as part of the Katrina Sa'ade Letters collection within the Katrina Sa'ade project of the Planet Bethlehem Archive.</div>
