Suleiman Farhat to Jiryes Farhat, 1933 Howat-MaxtedFreja SansourLeila NorrisJacob 2020 The images are a digital reproduction of a handwritten letter and accompanying translation donated by Kathy Sa'ade Kenny. <div><br></div><div>In this letter Suleiman Farhat writes to his father Jiryes Farhat in response to his complaints about Katrina. At this point in time Katrina Sa'ade and their children was living in Ramallah with Jiryes and his wife Miriam whilst Suleiman was living in California and taking care of their business. Suleiman commiserates with his father and tells him how much better both his health and the business are doing since Katrina's departure. He asks his father to deplete all of Katrina's money in order to prevent her from saving for a ticket back to America and promises not to send her any money. </div><div><br></div><div>These images exist as part of the Katrina Sa'ade Letters collection within the Katrina Sa'ade project of the Planet Bethlehem Archive.</div>
