The images are a digital reproduction of a handwritten letter and accompanying translation donated by Kathy Sa'ade Kenny.
In this letter Abdullah Sa'ade (Katrina Sa'ade's father) writes to the Bishop of the Orthodox Christian Ecclesiastical Court in Jerusalem. Abdullah addresses the plans for a divorce hearing in December 1936 and outlines his version of the injustice and deceit that Suleiman has inflicted as a husband. He also notes the impossibility of Katrina returning for the hearing at such short notice but that he will make the journey himself to explain Suleiman's character and behaviour. See 'relation' for more letters on this topic.
