The images are a digital reproduction of a handwritten letter and accompanying translation donated by Kathy Sa'ade Kenny.

In this letter sent from Ramallah Jiryes Farhat informs his son Suleiman Farhat, who was living in California, of the dramatic events surrounding Katrina Sa'ade's flight from Palestine and success in organising her passage to the US. He describes how she attempted to take her children from the Farhat family, however she only managed to leave with Fred. See 'relation' for another letter describing the same events. Issa Farhat scribes.

These images exist as part of the Katrina Sa'ade Letters collection within the Katrina Sa'ade project of the Planet Bethlehem Archive.
