The images are a digital reproduction of a handwritten letter and accompanying translation donated by Kathy Sa'ade Kenny.

Katrina Sa'ade writes to her brother Saleh Sa'ade from the Holy City Bazaar in California, their sister's Jamila Afana and her husband Jamil's shop. Katrina asks for her brother's help in finding the midwife who delivered George in Mexico on August 19th 1922, in order to complete his papers for his travel back to California and his mother.

These images exist as part of the Katrina Sa'ade Letters collection within the Katrina Sa'ade project of the Planet Bethlehem Archive.
