The images are a digital reproduction of a handwritten letter and accompanying translation donated by Kathy Sa'ade Kenny.

In this letter Khadra Yacoub Farhat, Suleiman's niece and Hilweh's daughter, pleads with Suleiman to send money for her mother and siblings, following the death of their father. She states that her grandfather, Jiryes, has been behaving immaturely. Suleiman Farhat was married to Katrina Sa'ade and living with their children in California, US at the time.

These images exist as part of the Katrina Sa'ade Letters collection within the Katrina Sa'ade project of the Planet Bethlehem Archive.
