This research investigates the potential of blockchain technology to address cybersecurity challenges associated with the Internet of Things (IoT) in Saudi Arabian startups. It explores how blockchain's decentralized and immutable ledger can enhance IoT security by ensuring device authentication, data integrity, and network resilience. A comprehensive survey is conducted to examine the intersection of blockchain and IoT within the rapidly growing Saudi startup ecosystem, driven by Vision 2030 initiatives. This study contributes to the literature by identifying and resolving cybersecurity challenges in IoT systems using blockchain to mitigate cyber risks, particularly in emerging economies. The findings demonstrate that blockchain technology can significantly enhance cybersecurity in Saudi Arabian startups and strengthen their economic resilience.
