The images are a digital reproduction of a handwritten letter and accompanying translation donated by Kathy Sa'ade Kenny.

In this letter George Farhat (Suleiman Farhat's and Katrina Sa'ade's son) complaints to his father about Katrina's behaviour. He says that she has sold their clothes and is lying about being ill. He asks Suleiman to send money to Jiryes, George's grandfather. At this stage Suleiman was still living and working in California, US while Katrina and three of her children (Fred, George and Mary) were living in Ramallah, Palestine. Julia Kabande (Katrina Sa'ade's first child from her first marriage) lived with Katrina's sister in California.

These images exist as part of the Katrina Sa'ade Letters collection within the Katrina Sa'ade project of the Planet Bethlehem Archive.
