The images are a digital reproduction of a handwritten letter and accompanying translation donated by Kathy Sa'ade Kenny.
In this letter Jiryes Farhat informs his son Suleiman Farhat, who is living in California, of the dramatic turn of events in which Katrina Sa'ade left Palestine taking her son Fred Farhat with her. This was against the wishes of her father-in-law Jiryes and resulted in a violent encounter between him and her relatives who assisted her with her flight. Issa Farhat scribes.
