The images are a digital reproduction of a handwritten letter and accompanying translation donated by Kathy Sa'ade Kenny.

In this letter Jiryes Farhat writes to his son Suleiman Farhat informing him that Katrina Sa'ade, Suleiman's wife, is attempting to leave Ramallah with her children. He notes that she has met with a travel agent and is planning the voyage for later that month to join Suleiman in California who was managing their shop at the time. Issa Farhat scribes.
