The image depicts Ya'cub Sa'ade and his wife Tessina (seated far left and far right), Katrina Sa'ade's uncle and aunt. Tessina wears the shatweh: a cone shaped headdress with coins sewed into the fabric which married women in Bethlehem wore. The man and woman standing are George Sa'ade and his wife Jamila, the son and daughter-in-law of Ya'cub and Tessina with some of their children. The image is a digital photograph of an original print which seems professionally taken, most likely in Bethlehem.
This image exists as part of the Sa'ade Family collection within the Katrina Sa'ade project of the Planet Bethlehem Archive.
