Notes
In furthering capabilities approaches to firm behaviour and their empirical foundations, this paper makes use of strategic group theories and barriers to mobility concepts to delineate clusters of Spanish pharmaceutical firms. Capabilities are here defined in functional terms. In addition to the typology established, the paper suggests that some mobility barriers may be endogenous to the function in question.Full text available
