Publication in this journal is only available for Defence R&D. Advance contributions are a must for this journal with direct effect on state-of-the-art progress. This work has contributed to the Vetronics Systems Integrations Standards and Guidelines in Ground-Manoeuvre and part of the MilCAN protocol work also influenced NATO-STANAGs (standardisation agreements). This work and extension is a major contributor to the biggest procurement programme requirements for the UK-MOD, FRES, and has resulted in membership in defence technology advisory committees and Vetronics Research Centre of excellence award together with £1.3m funding since its establishment (2004).
