WTO Case Law in 2013

This is an analytical survey of the WTO case law for 2013. This survey is carried out within the framework of the PhD program in International Law and Economics of the PhD school of Bocconi University in Milan. Professor Giorgio Sacerdoti of Bocconi University and the Board of Editors, a former member of the WTO Appellate Body (2001-2009), has coordinated the individual reviews of WTO case law. They have been contributed by current PhD candidates and other young scholars associated with the PhD program in International Law and Economics; their names are listed above and at the end of each review.
