Presentation and talk describing Contra-Invention, a project and exhibition which utilised photographs appropriated from municipal council car parking contravention systems. This took place at a one day conference, 'Visual Urbanism: Perceptions of the Material Landscape', held at the British Library in London, which was in turn part of Urban Photo Fest.

Contra-Invention was selected for Les Rencontres Internationales de la Photographie d'Arles, 2011, nominated for the Deutsche Börse Photography Prize, 2012, and was part of From Here On, Arts Santa Mónica, Barcelona in 2013. The catalogue was included in Martin Parr's Best Books, 2010.
