Each zipped folder contains the dataset for the respective condition (trained or naive). 

Data files for each ROI are in Matlab format and contain:

extracted fluorescence timeseries (dff) for all trials 
go and nogo variables marking the presentation of go and nogo stimuli
licks variable showing frames when the animal licked
cues, punish, reward variables labelling frames where the respective aspects of task were present

These files are the outputs of motion correction, segmentation, and dff preprocessing applied to raw image stacks, using Fiji and Suite2p running on Matlab.
