modified on 2019-01-08, 17:51 The data consists of 200 images taken from an ant's perspective on the ground in Abbot's Wood Sussex UK. The images are from a fisheye camera (Kodak PixPro) and represent a hemisphere of the visual world.
The images will be used to investigate optimal visual encodings that could be implemented by insects as part of their visual navigation.
